OneRepublic, Thirty Seconds to Mars and More to Perform at F1 Singapore Grand Prix

The iconic Singapore Grand Prix night race will be electrified by over 100 hours of entertainment spread across 12 stages.

Rev up your party engines as Singapore GP has just unveiled an epic entertainment line-up for the Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix, happening this 20th to 22nd September 2024. The exhilarating track action will be complemented by artists like Thirty Seconds to Mars, OneRepublic, Kylie Minogue, Lenny Kravitz, Disclosure, The Corrs, HONNE, Kool & the Gang, Tones & I, BabyMonster, and more.

The global motorsport extravaganza fuses spectacular night racing and world-class live entertainment at the picturesque Marina Bay Street Circuit, and nothing comes close to being able to watch the world’s finest drivers compete head-to-head under lights at speeds of up to 320 km/h in the heartbeat of Singapore.

Thirty Seconds to Mars

Comprising brothers Jared and Shannon Leto, this alternative rock duo have sold over 15 million albums worldwide and recorded more than two billion streams online to date after they first shot to fame with the mainstream success of their single ‘The Kill’ from their album A Beautiful Lie. The iconic multi-award-winning siblings are also behind anthemic hits such as ‘From Yesterday’ and ‘Kings and Queens’.

Voice of Baceprot

All-female heavy metal band Voice of Baceprot was founded in 2014 when they were just 14 years old, but the hijab-wearing rockers made history this June by becoming the first Indonesian band to play at the Glastonbury Festival. Addressing issues like gender inequality and climate change through their music, the band earned a spot in the Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 list in 2024 and are most known for hits like ‘God’ and ‘Allow Me (Please) To Make Music’.

OneRepublic

Besides the American band’s many, many popular hits, OneRepublic’s ‘I Ain’t Worried’ was featured on Top Gun: Maverick and reached number six in the US. The band, which just launched its sixth studio album Artificial Paradise, has sold over 16 million records worldwide, garnered over 15 billion streams, and racked up six top 10 entries on the UK charts as well as four top 10 singles in the US.

Comprising James Hatcher and Andy Clutterbuck, British electronic DJ duo HONNE is no stranger to performing in Asia and will return to Singapore this September. The duo released their debut studio album Warm on a Cold Night in 2016 and has since attained legions of fans internationally, with their second album Love Me/Love Me Not dropped in 2018 and going multi-platinum in various territories.

Kylie Minogue

Following her 2016 show in Singapore, Kylie will be returning to the Marina Bay Street Circuit. The multi-award-winning pop star is the only female artist to score a Number 1 album and Top 10 singles in five consecutive decades in the UK, and released her UK Number 1 album Tension last year along with the global smash hit ‘Padam Padam’. She also just unveiled her brand-new single ‘My Oh My’ with Bebe Rexha and Tove Lo.

Guy Lawrence will be spinning on behalf of the British electronic music sibling duo at the F1 night race. K-pop fans at the F1 night race will be delighted by rookie girl group BabyMonster, which made their official debut last April with their hit single ‘SHEESH’. The South Korean septet’s immense popularity saw their single ‘Batter Up’ become the most-viewed debut music video in the first 24 hours in K-pop history, amassing over 22 million views upon its release.

Multi-million selling quartet The Corrs will be returning to the island-nation after 23 years. Tones and I

Most known for creative anthems like ‘Dance Monkey’, ‘Fly Away’ and ‘Never Seen the Rain’, Australian singer, lyricist, and record producer Tones and I will be gracing the crowds with her presence at the Singapore Grand Prix. Her success has seen her win multiple ARIA awards, including Song of the Year for ‘Cloudy Day’ in 2022.

Over 100 hours of entertainment will be spread across 12 stages, and other international artists set to perform during the three-day fiesta include James Murphy (DFA/LCD Soundsystem), Kelis, Dean Lewis, The Jungle Giants, Sea Girls, Austin Millz, H3F, Hindley Street Country Club, MOS, The Diamonds, Rangga Jones, STNY, and The Astronauts.

Petrolheads will also be catching the debut of all-female series F1 Academy, and the return of the Porsche Carrera Cup Asia as support races at the Marina Bay Street Circuit. Fan forums for F1 and F1 Academy will also take place over the race weekend.

Single-day walkabout tickets are now on sale starting from S$128, and additional single-day grandstand tickets to the Pit Exit Grandstand, Chicane @ Turn 2 Grandstand and Bayfront Grandstand have also been released. All tickets offer access to the performances in Zone 4, including the main Padang Stage, whereas a Zone 1 ticket is required to access performances at the Wharf Stage.
