This new countryside sanctuary blends rustic farmhouse charm, sustainable design, and Mediterranean elegance.

In the rolling hills of Sant Antoni de Portmany lies a new Ibizan retreat redefining the art of rural luxury.

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is the latest addition to the Soho House portfolio, offering a countryside sanctuary that marries rustic farmhouse aesthetics with understated Mediterranean sophistication.

A Farmhouse Steeped in History

At the heart of Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is a restored 300-year-old finca – a traditional Spanish farmhouse that now serves as the centrepiece of the estate.

Its thick whitewashed walls and terracotta tiles have been carefully preserved, while the interiors have been reimagined with soft lighting, handcrafted ceramics, and natural textures that make the space feel timeless yet effortlessly modern.

The property is designed to feel like a working farm, complete with vegetable gardens, citrus groves, and courtyards where guests can linger with a drink or enjoy the scent of lavender in bloom.

This connection to the land is part of what makes the retreat more than just accommodation – it’s an immersive experience in slow living.

Thoughtful Design and Interiors

Every corner of Soho Farmhouse Ibiza has been designed to embrace its surroundings.

The guest casitas, scattered across the estate, feature exposed timber beams, rustic plaster walls, and private terraces with sweeping countryside views.

Outdoor showers and shaded seating areas add to the sense of being close to nature without compromising on comfort.

Inside, the interiors blend traditional Spanish craftsmanship with Soho House’s signature aesthetic – think earthy linens, patterned tiles, and handwoven rugs sourced from local artisans.

Even the smallest details, from reclaimed wood furniture to bespoke lighting, have been chosen to reflect both sustainability and style.

Dining Rooted in the Land

The food offering at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza is guided by the concept of farm-to-table dining. Much of the produce is grown on-site or sourced from neighbouring farms, ensuring dishes are seasonal, organic, and bursting with flavour.

Guests can enjoy long lunches on the outdoor terrace, sampling wood-fired pizzas, fresh salads, and seafood drizzled with olive oil pressed from local groves.

The relaxed, communal style of dining encourages connection and conversation, making it a true celebration of Ibizan culinary culture.

Wellness and Slow Living

For those seeking restoration, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza provides an atmosphere of calm and balance. A sunlit outdoor pool is surrounded by citrus trees, while shaded cabanas offer quiet spaces for reading or reflection.

Daily yoga classes and guided hikes give guests opportunities to reconnect with nature and themselves, while spa treatments using local botanicals provide a final layer of indulgence.

Walking trails lead out to the surrounding countryside, and for those who wish to explore further, the retreat’s location offers easy access to Ibiza’s hidden beaches and scenic villages.

Sustainability at the Core

In keeping with Ibiza’s growing focus on sustainable tourism, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza integrates eco-conscious practices throughout its operations.

From renewable energy sources and water conservation systems to the use of locally made materials in construction, the retreat aims to minimise environmental impact without sacrificing luxury.

Even the landscaping emphasises native plants, reducing water use while preserving the island’s natural biodiversity.

A Sanctuary Beyond the Party Scene

While Ibiza is famed for its nightlife, Soho Farmhouse Ibiza reveals a quieter, more soulful side of the island. It’s an idyllic retreat for those who want to swap crowded clubs for olive groves, and neon lights for starlit skies.

With its blend of heritage, design, and thoughtful hospitality, it offers an experience that feels both grounded and transformative – the perfect sanctuary for those who value depth over distraction.
