ART SG 2025 Returns with Dynamic Lineup of Contemporary Art

ART SG 2025 will present an exceptional lineup of 106 exhibitors from 30 countries and territories, as well as other exciting programmes.

Presented by Founding and Lead Partner UBS, ART SG, the leading international art fair for Singapore and Southeast Asia, will be returning for its third edition from 17 to 19 January 2025 at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands. The highly anticipated event will gather renowned galleries from the region and across the world, spotlighting Singapore as a fast-rising cultural capital and crucial hub for artistic exchange and transformation in Southeast Asia and beyond.

Amongst the established global names that will be showcasing the best of their gallery programme at ART SG 2025 include Gagosian, White Cube, Thaddaeus Ropac, Lehmann Maupin, neugerriemschneider, Galerie Gisela Capitain, Annely Juda Fine Art, Goodman Gallery, P.P.O.W, Ota Fine Arts, and Cardi Gallery. Additionally, Zilberman, INKstudio, and ESLITE GALLERY will be returning to the fair after a one-year hiatus, marking their conviction in Singapore’s market as a flourishing collector base in the region.

Featuring 106 exhibitors, ART SG will offer an unrivalled look at contemporary artistic production across Southeast Asia, comprising both established and emerging names. Notable galleries hailing from the area returning to the fair comprise Ames Yavuz, STPI, Sullivan+Strumpf, Richard Koh Fine Art, FOST Gallery, Gajah Gallery, and BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY. Newcomers, on the other hand, consist of Haridas Contemporary, Baik Art, and SUN CONTEMPORARY.

In partnership with four Cultural Partners, ART SG 2025 will be keeping things exciting by taking a page out of their curatorial expertise for a dynamic programme. These organisations hold strong ties to Southeast Asia and are champions of the region’s cultural ecosystem as well as the global art landscape.

Together with Bangkok Kunsthalle, director Stefano Rabolli Pansera will curate ART SG Film, a selection of film, video art, and moving image artworks, focusing on new artistic practices, or highlighting groundbreaking names working in these mediums. Visitors can expect to see a curation entitled By Artists, On Artists, featuring film and video works created by artists, juxtaposed with a lineup of films about the lives and careers of prominent artists. This will be broken down into three chapters, ‘Constructing Landscapes‘, ‘Voices and Signs’, and ‘Ruins and Memories‘.

The Delfina Foundation, led by director Aaron Cezar, will be creating a series of programmes around collecting, philanthropy, and creating private foundations. Paying homage to the Delfina Foundation’s programme Collecting as Practice which explores the philosophy, psychology, and politics of collecting, three key discussions will be presented at ART SG 2025. These discussions will centre on the essential role of collectors in shaping artistic regional development.

From another perspective, artist-centric organisation M Art Foundation will present a slate of curated programs mirroring the foundation’s guiding principles and thematic concerns. Directed by Zong Han, M Art Foundation nurtures and realises the aspirations of leading and emerging contemporary artists globally, through commissioning exhibitions, publishing, and other forms of visual art philanthropy.

Finally, Singapore’s Art Outreach will present a visual arts summit, congregating a faculty of experts such as Alessio Antoniolli (Director, Triangle Network London), Honor Harger (Vice President, ArtScience Museum and Vice President, Attractions Marina Bay Sands), Dr. Sook-kyung Lee (Director, The Whitworth, Manchester; Curator, Japan Pavilion, 60th Venice Biennale 2024), and Dr. Zoé Whitley (Director, Chisenhale Gallery), among others.

ART SG 2025 also continues its partnerships with The Hour Glass as Associate Partner, AXA XL as the Official Partner and Supporter of ART SG TALKS, and Official Hotel Partner, Marina Bay Sands. For 2025, the fair welcomes new Official Partners Porsche and MORNING.

Additionally, visitors to ART SG will experience events and activations presented by Singapore’s visual art museums, important private collections, and cultural partners, within Singapore Art Week (17 to 26 January 2025), the city’s annual celebration of the visual arts.
