Cinema

First released in 2003, the Superflat Monogram film showcases a kaleidoscopic journey into the past. This film, along with the Superflat First Love film (first released in 2009), have been remastered in commemoration of the artist’s re-edition collection, enabling visitors to step back in time and enjoy the two original films in a cosy cinema space.

Set in Tokyo, the Superflat Monogram film is a reinterpretation of the story of Alice in Wonderland, transposing that timeless tale into the world of Louis Vuitton. The production of this film was a notable first for the pioneering artist back in 2003. The Superflat First Love film is a continuation of the Superflat Monogram film, following the story of the young heroine Aya six years later.
