Prepare to set sail on a journey unlike any other. Dining on Titanic, the latest chapter of Carousel’s Hidden Table series, plunges guests into the depths of history – and darkness – for an immersive dining production inspired by the tragic maiden voyage of the RMS Titanic.
Brought to life through scent, sound, and taste (but no sight), this experiential four-act dinner is performed entirely in pitch black.
A unique fusion of storytelling and fine dining, Dining on Titanic evokes the grandeur of 1912’s most legendary ship while reimagining its final hours through a theatrical tasting menu served in complete sensory isolation.

A Story You Can Taste
From the moment the first course is served, diners are transported to the decks of the Titanic – where every bite reflects a moment in time. Expect a menu inspired by original First-Class dishes, reinterpreted to evoke feelings of opulence, anticipation, and – eventually – quiet reflection.
Each act builds on the narrative, where subtle prompts encourage guests to feel, react, and even wear props that enhance the story. A theatre which you can taste, once diners remove their sights, the entire room becomes the stage – and the performance comes alive in the silence, the movement, and the unexpected.
