The Singapore Food Festival (SFF) 2025 is set to return for its 32nd edition from 4 to 24 September, with the theme “Have You Eaten Yet?”.
The annual celebration will showcase Singapore’s culinary diversity through three signature events, islandwide food truck tours, and immersive dining experiences.
SFF is a tribute to the connections formed over meals, the traditions that pass down, and the innovations that continue to shape the country’s culinary culture.

Signature Events
Food is Art
Opening the festival on 5 and 6 September, Food is Art blends food, fashion and music in a multisensory experience. Celebrity pastry chef Adriano Zumbo and Grand Copthorne Waterfront’s Chef Goh Dah Liang will present fantastical desserts alongside couture-inspired canapés. Singaporean rapper Yung Raja will headline the event with a live performance and dessert collaboration.
The Long Table
Held on 12 and 13 September at InterContinental Singapore, The Long Table will feature a five-course menu crafted by chefs from IHG Hotels & Resorts. Highlights include Mussel Otak Otak, Assam Laksa with Seared Halibut, and Buah Keluak Chicken Roulade. The dinner celebrates heritage and hospitality, complemented by cocktails inspired by classic local flavours.
Future Food
On 19 and 20 September, Future Food takes over SKAI Loft at Swissôtel The Stamford. The futuristic showcase explores what dining could look like in 2035, with lab-grown meats, molecular gastronomy, zero-waste menus, and AI-calibrated cocktails. Award-winning chefs Roy Vun Yian Ping and Yong Ming Choong will lead the experience against a panoramic city skyline backdrop.

Islandwide Pop-Ups
The Food Truck City Tours will run from 18 August to 14 September, bringing local and fusion flavours to hotspots such as Ocean Financial Centre, Downtown East @ Pasir Ris, and Singapore Science Park.
Dishes include Wagyu Beef Rendang, Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Tacos, and fusion Dosa Tacos from Yung Raja’s Maha Co.
Meanwhile, Mise en Place @ Dempsey Hill will serve as the festival hub from 4 to 24 September, featuring Zumbo Desserts, Asian smokehouse Blue Smoke, and a botanical food installation by Gastrogeography of Singapore.
