Newly joining Marina Bay Sands’ lineup of signature and celebrity chef restaurants is estiatorio Milos, one of the world’s most acclaimed Greek restaurants with a 45-year legacy. The 155-seater restaurant, led by chef and restauranteur Costas Spiliadis, marks the brand’s first Asian outpost and 10th international location, featuring a spectacular fish market displaying more than 15 varieties of wild-caught fish air-flown daily from Greece and the Mediterranean at the heart of it all.

estiatorio Milos transports guests to the heart of the Mediterranean through an authentic and sophisticated Greek dining experience rooted in philoxenia – the sacred art of making a stranger feel like home, whilst leveraging on quality ingredients and simple yet masterful cooking techniques. Expect to enthrall your taste buds with the Milos experience, featuring signature dishes including the Milos Special, made up of fried zucchini and eggplant layered into a tower of tzatziki dip and served with Saganaki Kefalograviera cheese, and the whole fish backed in sea salt.

The World of Studio Ghibli

Coming to the ArtScience Museum this October, anime fans will be delighted with The World of Studio Ghibli exhibition, Singapore’s first-ever showcase from the famed Japanese powerhouse animation studio. The exhibition spans across 11 gallery spaces filled with theatrical sets, interactive art installations, and hands-on activities for visitors, offering an unforgettable experience with renowned characters from 11 iconic films such as My Neighbour Totoro, Kiki’s Delivery Service, Howl’s Moving Castle, and Princess Mononoke.

Beyond these beloved film characters, the exhibition will be aligning with the museum’s focus on all things women in its ongoing Year of Extraordinary Women campaign, spotlighting the diverse female protagonists across themes like nature and environmentalism, coming-of-age and self-discovery, and technology and war.

Formula 1 Grand Prix Season Singapore

This September, Marina Bay Sands is welcoming the Formula 1 season with a slew of race-themed lifestyle and entertainment events and activities, including post-race parties at MARQUEE Singapore, and exclusive events and hotel packages curated in collaboration with Scuderia Ferrari. The highlight is most definitely the premium hotel packages, comprising one of which features a four-night stay for four in the exquisite Paiza Signature Suite and access to an invite-only cocktail reception with the Scuderia Ferrari team. Celebrity Chef Collaborations

Revving up for the most spectacular weekend of the year, Marina Bay Sands will be featuring a star-studded lineup of gastronomic adventures, including exclusive collaborations at CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Maison Boulud, Mott 32, and Spago Dining Room, highlighting culinary powerhouses from across the globe.

Mott 32 will showcase the culinary mastery of chef Lee Man Sing and chef Lam Kwong Ming in an exclusive four-hands collaboration from 11 to 13 September, whereas an extraordinary treat awaits at Spago Dining Room on September 18 as renowned celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck presents A Night with Wolfgang: A Culinary Retrospective – a one-night-only special three-course dinner.

On the other hand, two acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants CUT by Wolfgang Puck and Thevar will come together on 19 September for a four-hands dinner featuring the renowned chefs themselves Wolfgang Puck and Mano Thevar. At Maison Boulud, Michelin-starred chefs Daniel Boulud and Wolfgang Puck will join forces on 21 September to present an exclusive four-hands brunch.

Throughout the Singapore Night Race weekend (20 to 22 September), visitors can look forward to refueling with world-class dining experiences over limited-time menus and bar collaborations, specially curated for the electrifying season.
