Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang is set to host Legendary Ladies, an exclusive dining event on Friday, 18 October 2025, showcasing the exceptional skills and stories of six trailblazing women in Vietnam’s food and beverage industry.
Timed in the lead-up to Vietnamese Women’s Day on 20 October, the evening will unite four acclaimed chefs, an award-winning mixologist, and a world-class sommelier for an extraordinary gastronomic experience.

A Journey of Flavours – From Cocktails to a Six-Course Feast
Guests will begin the evening with a refined three-course canapé experience, paired with inventive cocktails by Mixologist Kata Simon.
With over 23 years of experience, Kata is celebrated for her bold flavour combinations, artistic flair, and dedication to sustainability. The founder of Key Bar&Tender Academy and winner of Campari’s 100th-year Negroni Week, she continues to inspire Vietnam’s next generation of bartenders.
The highlight of the evening will be a six-course signature menu crafted by four of Vietnam’s most distinguished female chefs, with each course perfectly paired by Sommelier Myriam Moretto.
Having worked in Michelin-starred restaurants from Monaco to Hong Kong and now co-owning Le Comptoir and La Table Hoi An, Myriam’s wine expertise ensures an elevated dining experience.
