Saint Laurent Steps Into Fine Dining With Sushi Park Paris

Dark, sleek, exclusive, and a little dangerous – Saint Laurent's Sushi Park Paris is luxury omakase with an edge.

Paris has long been a city where fashion and food intertwine in the most delicious ways. That said, Saint Laurent is taking this relationship to an entirely new level with Sushi Park Paris – an ultra-exclusive, impeccably curated dining space where the precision of sushi craftsmanship mirrors the meticulous artistry Saint Laurent has always been known for.

Sushi Park Paris is the fashion house’s first ever permanent restaurant, a proud collaboration between Saint Laurent’s visionary creative director Anthony Vaccarello and the revered Sushi Park from Los Angeles, a favourite amongst many celebrities. This clandestine sushi den is a must-visit for fashion insiders and culinary aficionados who appreciate the finer things in life.

The new restaurant takes over the lower level of Saint Laurent’s Rive Droite Paris boutique after a year of extensive renovations, and its freshly transformed space introduces a bold architectural vision, embodying the Maison’s commitment to creativity and celebrated artists. It exudes the same sleek minimalism and edge that define the Maison’s aesthetic, affording a refined and upscale dining experience to those eager to visit.

This renovation of Saint Laurent’s historical location is part of the Maison’s broader global expansion, which in the year 2024 included a launch of dedicated bookshop in Paris called Babylone, as well as other exciting projects to be unveiled in 2025. Amongst them is Sushi Park Paris, which opened its doors on 21 February, 2025.

Renowned for its exceptional omakase, Sushi Park in Los Angeles is an iconic Californian dining destination, opened by Chef Peter Park in 2006 and beloved by Vaccarello as well as his inner circle. Similar to Sushi Park in Los Angeles, Sushi Park Paris will offer an intimate tasting experience of masterfully crafted seasonal Japanese cuisine.

Showcasing the freshest, most exquisite cuts of fish, each piece will be crafted with the same attention to detail that goes into one of the Maison’s haute couture masterpieces. Here’s the catch though – like the most coveted front-row seats at Fashion Week, getting in would probably require connections, flawless timing, and a stroke of luck.
